Host rules
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside the building.
2. No drugs or alcohol on the premises. Guests must not arrive under the influence.
3. No violence, aggressive behaviour, gangs, or groups linked to unlawful activities.
4. Respect the space: Handle all studio areas and equipment with care.
5. No jumping or standing on the photo and film room curves. Any damage will be charged.
6. Noise control: Keep noise levels reasonable to avoid disturbing others.
7. Clean up: Dispose of rubbish and leave the space tidy.
8. Safety first: No open flames, fireworks, or hazardous materials.
9. Children: Allowed only with prior approval and must be supervised at all times.
10. Guest policy: Only registered guests are permitted; extra guests need prior approval.
11. No drone flying indoors: Drones are not allowed inside for safety reasons.
12. Food & drinks: Only permitted in designated break-out areas.
13. Equipment & props: Do not move or lift any without approval.
14. Punctuality: All guests must arrive together and on time—no staggered arrivals.
15. No in-and-out traffic: Avoid repeatedly leaving and re-entering during your booking.
16. No running or sports: Physical activities like running or sports are not permitted.
17. No inappropriate behaviour: Sexual activities or any form of adult misconduct are strictly prohibited.
