Our ground-floor unit in Birmingham’s Custard Factory (Zellig) includes two bright, practical rooms and a relaxed breakout area—all available to hire together or separately. Whether you're running a session, hosting a team day, or preparing for a performance, our space is ready to meet your needs without overcomplication.

- Two Rooms – Each room comfortably accommodates 10–14 people seated with tables. Tables and chairs can be removed for open-space for one room such as rehearsals or movement-based work.
- Breakout Area – A casual, comfortable space ideal for informal discussion, lunch breaks, or reflection.
- Kitchen Access – Includes kettle, fridge, crockery, cutlery and microwave.
- Projectors & Screens – One fixed projector per room with HDMI connectivity.
- Reliable Wi-Fi & Heating – All included in your hire.
- Optional Catering – Light refreshments or full-service catering available on request.
