* 50% non-refundable booking deposit required to secure your booking

Security Deposit
* £250 refundable security deposit required for all bookings
* Returned within 48 hours following the hire period, subject to inspection
* Covers damage to equipment, backdrops, furnishings, excessive cleaning, or loss of access fobs/keys
Cancellation Policy
* 14+ days before booking: Full refund of booking payment
* 7–14 days before booking: 50% refund of booking payment
* Less than 7 days before booking: No refund

Studio Rules
* No smoking or vaping inside the studio
* Equipment must be used responsibly and returned to its original position
* Any damaged backdrops may incur an additional replacement charge
* The studio must be vacated by the end of the booked session to avoid additional hourly charges
* Clients are responsible for the conduct of all guests and crew attending the booking
