The Birchley Suite is our flagship conference and banqueting space, accommodating up to 650 guests theatre style or 400 delegates in cabaret or classroom layout. This modern, pillar‑free room boasts state‑of‑the‑art AV equipment, stage and lighting rig, large dance floor and access to adjoining gardens for breakout or exhibition areas. Flooded with natural daylight, the Birchley Suite is perfect for conferences, award ceremonies, gala dinners and weddings.

Host rules
No smoking inside the building. Guests must respect the venue and leave it in the same condition as when they arrive; any damages may incur an additional charge. Outside food, drink and alcohol are not permitted without prior agreement. Music and amplified sound must end by 11:00 pm and events must finish by midnight. Confetti, fireworks and open flames are not allowed.
