-All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and the venue property at all times.
-The organiser is responsible for ensuring that all attendees are aware of and comply with these rules.
-The Garden Pods and outdoor areas must be used responsibly; no furniture or fixtures may be moved without prior approval.
-Built-in ice buckets are to be used for drinks only – please do not dispose of food, waste, or other materials in them.
-BBQs, paella stations, or other live cooking setups must be arranged and approved in advance through our team.
-The shipping container bar is operated by Frasers staff only. External alcohol or bar services are not permitted unless by prior written agreement.
-Alcohol service will end at the agreed time and is subject to licensing laws.
-We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy – ID may be required.
-All catering must be provided by Frasers or approved partners unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-Food allergies and dietary requirements must be communicated a minimum of 7 days before the event.
-Music volume must be kept at a respectful level, particularly in the evenings, in line with our rural setting and licensing conditions.
-Live entertainment and amplified sound must end by 10:30 PM unless otherwise agreed.
-As part of our sustainability commitment, we encourage minimal use of single-use plastics.
-Waste should be disposed of in the appropriate recycling and refuse bins provided.
-Any damage to property, fixtures, or grounds will be chargeable to the event organiser.
-Frasers accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings during your event.
-Free on-site parking is available. Guests are responsible for their own vehicles and belongings.
-All vehicles must be parked in designated areas; no driving or parking on the grass unless authorised.
-Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless pre-arranged.
