• Please treat the space, furniture, staff, and guests with care and respect.
• Guests must stay within the approved event areas only.
• Private offices, staff-only areas, and storage areas are off-limits unless approved in advance.
• Do not exceed the approved guest capacity.
• Furniture may not be moved unless approved in advance.
• No smoking, vaping, open flames, candles, confetti, glitter, or wall mounting.
• Do not tape, nail, or attach anything to walls, windows, furniture, or fixtures.
• Outside food, drinks, alcohol, vendors, decor, signage, filming, and product sales must be approved in advance.
• Hosts are responsible for their guests, vendors, collaborators, and any damage caused during the event.
• All personal items, decor, signage, and event materials must be removed by the end of the booking.
• Rove Kyoto may pause or end the event if there is a safety concern or policy violation.
