The following is a rough guideline on seating time lengths:
Guests Booking Duration
2 1.0 - 1.75 hours,
3-4 1.5 - 2.0 hours,
5-8 2.0 - 3.0 hours.

Hospitality Included is an important new feature to your dining experience. It helps to provide financial security to the entire staff at Pearl Diver, and protection from any discriminatory behavior traditional tipping can lead to. This Fee is spread among all employees at Pearl Diver including, servers, bartenders, bussers, line cooks and dishwashers.

We require a credit card for bookings of 6 or more. The fee for no-shows is $20 per person/per booking. If you have communicated to the restaurant regarding your status, you will not be charged this fee and we will simply cancel your reservation.

Pearl Diver is now open for indoor seating, takeout, and delivery service. We are an intimate and relaxed oyster bar and seafood restaurant with a wide selection of fresh oysters and seafood sourced from all over the world.

We are located downtown at 100 Adelaide Street EAST. Pearl Diver Kitchen prides itself on maintaining hot food, cold plates, desserts, and vegetarian or vegan cuisine are waiting for you!
