Penthouse Booking Rules – 42 Charles Street
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following booking rules before your rental:

Booking Times
All bookings must strictly adhere to the agreed-upon start and end times. Early arrivals or late departures will result in additional charges.

Space Condition
The penthouse must be left in the same condition as it was at the start of your booking. If the space is found to be excessively unclean or requires more than standard upkeep, a $170 cleaning fee will be applied.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted within the penthouse; however, it is subject to a supplemental fee of $175. Please inform us in advance if smoking will be required for your project.

Respect for Neighbors
As this penthouse is located in a residential building, we kindly ask that all guests respect the neighbors and keep noise levels within reasonable limits, particularly in common areas such as hallways and elevators.

Furnishings & Equipment
All furniture and equipment must be handled with care. If any damages occur during your rental, you will be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the booking will incur a cancellation fee. Please contact us for details on our cancellation policy.

Occupancy Limits
To ensure safety and comfort, the number of occupants must not exceed the agreed limit for the space. Any violation may result in additional fees or cancellation of the booking.

Additional Services
If you require special equipment, lighting, or other setup needs, please request these in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

By booking the penthouse, you agree to follow these rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or termination of the rental agreement.
