For added privacy or separate activities, take advantage of our dedicated reception space. With seating for up to 50 guests or 70 for standing events, there's room for everyone to join in the festivities.
Looking your best is easy with our makeup station, complete with dimmable lighting mirrors. And let's not forget the ambiance – our venue boasts 14 stunning chandeliers, from elegant crossovers to rustic French country wooden beaded designs, ensuring your event shines in every way.

- A signed waiver is required for BYOB (bring your own bottle, SOP https://www.iagco.agco.ca/prod/pub/en/Login.aspx )
-A Cleaning fee of $150 for all parties/gathering
-Preparation and wrap-up time count towards your booking duration
-Standard hours are from 9 am to 12 am (extended hours available upon inquiry)
-We collaborate with all vendors (furniture, decor, photography catering) ; please ensure your vendors coordinate with us for seamless arrangements
-Loft and Soirée staff will vacate the site once all arrangements are finalized for enhanced privacy (upon request)
- No smoking in the building
- No loud music before 8pm.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
