Host rules

If you damage or break props, furniture, or equipment you will be charged the full amount for the piece(s).

After event/shoot the studio has to be returned in the same condition as booked or an additional $50.00 will need to compensated on your account.

All shoots have to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Security deposits for events are to be returned at the end of the event.

No smoking allowed in the studio/ building.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Great venue. New tables and chairs. New lighting and great ambiance. Fit up to 100 people. Parking was free all around the area. Owner was very accommodating to our requests. Will definitely recommend to others.
