The price for booking one room for smaller things such as dance classes or rehearsals is 25$ per hour.
For PARTIES and EVENTS with more than 20 people:
These bookings are custom priced depending on what is needed, how many people, how long, dates and times etc.
(Friday and Saturday evening parties starts at 450$. Maximum 60 people)

** Pre-booking viewings are possible by appointment, 12pm-5pm, Monday - Friday, contact us for other availability.

No Smoking inside our facilities.

Great host, and accommodated us well. - clean space - clean restroom - Chairs and tables were available - The dance studio had a nice vibe with a great sound system Would recommend going back

I appreciate how quick Tina’s response was and how organized everything was! The gentleman who showed us around was also so friendly! The space was perfect! We got so much rehearsal done!
Great space, we had a dance practice here, and the space was perfect. We practiced for 8 hours and everything met my expectations, and it's great especially considering the price!!!! They even let us stay an additional 2 hours.
