-Strictly no Smoking in and around the building (We share the building with a business that caters to pregnant and nursing parents.)
-All events must end by 11:00 PM. Clean up must be complete by 12:00 AM

The Attic can be used for small events, meetings, photoshoots, casting, auditions, classes, film-shoots, rehearsals, workshops, events and more. Hire one of our skilled technicians to turn on the theatrical lighting and it’s a unique performance space that your audience will love.
