About this space
The Bedrock is a large tucked-away entertainment venue underneath a historic building in Bloor West. Perfect place for an intimate private party, meeting, or celebration with a capacity of 149 people.
Our events package optionally includes AV equipment, an 85-inch TV, lighting, karaoke, live musicians, and more. We are fully licensed to serve food and alcohol and are happy to work with you to create custom catering and cocktail needs.
Prices
- We charge a flat rate of $600.
Bar Services: (Mandatory)
- There is a minimum spend of $2,000 on drinks at the bar. If not reached by the end of the event, the host must pay the difference.

Guests under 21 are not allowed
Host rules
- There is no outside alcohol allowed on the premises. We offer full bar services.
- Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves.
- Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in and should factor this setup and teardown time into their booking hours. The end time of your event will be strictly enforced.
- Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.
- Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
- There is no smoking allowed in the space.

This was an excellent space. It was beautiful with a great and flexible set up. The management team was very responsive and assisted us in planning a great birthday party. We brought our own catering and used the open bar services. There were two bartenders, a security guard and the venue manager all on site for the even. We had a live band and the sound and set up was excellent. We would definitely plan further parties at this venue.
Parking is a bit of a challenge as it can be with all downtown venues.
