• No smoking or vaping inside the venue
• No outside alcohol permitted
• Guests must be 19+ (valid ID required if alcohol is being served)
• No illegal activities or substances
• Respect the space — any damage to furniture, fixtures, or equipment will be the responsibility of the booking party
• Decorations are allowed but must be approved in advance (no nails, screws, or permanent adhesives)
• Music must remain at a reasonable level in accordance with local noise bylaws
• All bookings must end at the agreed-upon time (including cleanup)
• Garbage must be placed in provided bins; excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee
• Furniture/layout changes must be discussed in advance and reset at the end of the booking
• The venue must be left in the same condition it was provided
