Guests are welcome to spend time in our two quiet relaxation lounges. The Wellness Lounge is a comfortable place to sit down, have a cup of herbal tea, and slow down before or after a treatment. It’s simple, calm, and gives people a moment to switch off.
The lounge can also be reserved for private use if your group wants to spend time together. It works well for small celebrations, catching up with friends, or enjoying light refreshments in a relaxed setting.
As part of the wellness experience, guests can also use the spa amenities, including the sauna and additional relaxation areas. It’s an easy way to take a bit of time to rest and recharge while you’re here.

Damara Spa offers flexible corporate packages tailored to your group’s size, time, and budget. Companies can choose between spa credits per guest or custom service menus, allowing each participant to select their preferred treatments.

A deposit is required to confirm all corporate events. Deposit amounts are based on group size and services booked.
Final guest count and service selections must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event to ensure proper scheduling and staffing.
Groups may choose spa credits per guest or a custom service menu. Unused credits are non-transferable unless arranged in advance.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event may result in forfeiture of the deposit or charges for reserved services.
Relaxation lounges, sauna, hot tub, and other spa areas may be reserved for private group use, depending on availability.
On-site catering (Westin) or approved outside food may be included with prior arrangement.
Guests are encouraged to arrive 15–20 minutes prior to scheduled treatments to check in and enjoy spa amenities.
Gratuities are not included unless specified in the event contract, typically 18–20%.
Guests must inform spa staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to treatments.
