Host rules

• All productions must be booked in advance and approved by management.
• Crew must check in with the site manager upon arrival.
• Setup and tear-down times must be included within the agreed rental period.
• No drilling, nailing, or permanent alterations to the space are permitted.
• Furniture and décor may be moved with prior approval but must be returned to their original placement.
• Any damage or breakage will be the responsibility of the production company.
• Outside catering is not permitted unless approved in writing.
• Alcohol consumption by cast or crew during production is not allowed unless it is part of the shoot and pre-approved.
• Noise levels must be kept within reasonable limits to avoid disturbing neighbouring businesses and residents.
• Live music or amplified sound requires prior consent.
• Crew size and number of people on set must be disclosed at the time of booking.
• Maximum occupancy must not exceed the agreed capacity.
• The space must be left clean and in the same condition it was found.
• All garbage and recycling must be removed by the production team.
• Kitchen and staff-only areas are off-limits unless specifically approved.
• Rooftop, exterior signage, or building façades require prior discussion.
• Proof of production insurance is required before filming.
• Necessary city permits (if filming outside or involving street use) must be obtained by the production company.
• Smoking, vaping, and open flames are not permitted inside the venue.
• Please respect the property, staff, and surrounding community at all times.
