It is equipped with a wide range of professional lighting, gear, and blackout curtains. Perfect for commercial photography, music videos, and family portraits.
Prices
- A pet fee of $50 (+HST) will apply, along with a $300 deposit, except for service animals, which are exempt from the pet fee with proper documentation.
- Bookings outside the opening hours may be arranged upon request and could incur an additional fee.
- Complimentary equipment is available upon request.

• Smoking on premises not allowed.
• No outdoor shoes allowed inside the studio. Please bring clean indoor shoes or use the shoe covers we provide.
• Keep music and noise at a reasonable level.
• No alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping allowed inside the studio.
• No open flames, dry ice, sparklers, or smoke machines are allowed.
• Capacity limits must be strictly followed.
• Our admin will inspect your studio room before the end of your booking.
• Please return furniture and props to their original places and dispose of all garbage properly.
• Please do not arrive earlier than 20 minutes before your scheduled booking time.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
