Host rules
No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere inside the studio or building.
No Open Flames – Candles, incense, or any type of fire are prohibited.
No Glitter or Confetti – These are not allowed and will incur a cleaning fee if used.
Leave the Space as You Found It – Return all furniture, props, and decor to their original places. Clean up and use the provided bins for trash.
Respect Booking Time – Your time includes setup and teardown. Overtime is charged in 30-minute blocks at 1.5x the hourly rate.
No Unauthorized Guests – Only booked guests are allowed. Large groups or events need prior approval.
No Loud Music – Keep volume low. This is a shared commercial space.
No Food or Drinks on Set Furniture/Props – Keep food and drinks away from all props and fabric furniture.
Damage Policy – You're responsible for any damage. Report issues right away.
No Hanging or Drilling – Don’t hang or mount anything without approval.
