Fill in the request form: Share your event details on the Venue Finding Service page.
Get tailored options: Our team sends a curated list of suitable venues within two business days.
Review quotes: You’ll receive personalized quotes from the venues that match your brief.
Book your pick: Choose your favorite and complete the booking on Tagvenue.
Tagvenue doesn’t provide event planning services itself. What you can do, though, is contact multiple venues at once to compare offers and see which ones can assist with planning. Many venues listed on the platform offer customization, coordination and on-site support, so you can prioritize those that provide the level of help you need.
If a manager hasn’t replied within 24 hours, it’s considered a delay but don’t worry, your enquiry or booking request won’t expire straight away. Here’s how it works depending on what you sent:

Expected reply time: Most venue managers respond within 24–48 hours.
Expiry: If there’s no reply within 72 hours (three business days), the enquiry automatically expires.
Need help? If you haven’t heard back within 24–48 hours, you can message the Tagvenue support team and they’ll follow up on your behalf.
Formal Booking Request (with online payment)
Expected reply time: Once you submit a request with online payment, the venue manager has two business days to accept or decline.
Expiry: If there’s no response within that time, the request expires automatically and the temporary hold on your card is released.
