The whole venue was stunning. It has all of the facilities and amenities we were looking for. The staff (Phoebe and Paula) were so incredible, kind, amazing and very great with their communication. They were so patient and knowledgeable. We had a payment issue with our HR accounts system and they were so understanding and flexible. We cannot thank them enough or speak enough kind words that truly highlight how wonderful they as the staff made this whole experience.
Some things we found difficult to understand in the lead up to and on the evening... We found it hard to understand why we couldn't use the courtyard for our event. This was a real limitation for us. We understand there was another venue there on the day, however from 6pm onwards the courtyard was empty a part from our patrons going to the bathroom. We understand that we didn't hire it as part of our venue/package, this would have been nice if we were able to use the space as it would have allowed us to host more people and more the markets outside (even though it was raining on the evening, the option would still have been nice). We found it strange that we were asked to pack away the furniture we hired and to be out of the space by 2am. I can't imagine people from a wedding would pack away the furniture they hired (if they hire from the farm). Lucky we had extra helpers to pack away as it made this quick work. Again, not massive negatives and overall we had a REALLY GOOD experience and would hire PCF again without a moments notice.

We loved the feel of the whole place and the blank slate to make our own. The people were amazing and the whole vibe was exactly what we were looking for
