Through a combination of carefully crafted sound, controlled natural light and high quality equipment – Studio 1 is the focal point of Forbes Street Studios.

Live Room and Booths for Content & Music
The Live Room accommodates 60pax (for events) or 10+ musicians, includes acoustic baffles, Ludwig drums, Martin & Fender guitars, vintage pianos & synthesisers, and is adjoined by isolated vocal and amp booths.

Events, content shoots, music recording, live music showcases, video podcasts, and more – a tasting of the versatility of our largest acoustically treated space minutes from Sydney’s CBD.

Control Room
The control room centres around the classic studio vibe, with an analogue SSL AWS 924 console with DAW integration, Pro Tools HDX and a selection of must-have outboard, plugins, and music instruments.

Dolby Atmos/Spatial Mixing
The very best listening experience is what we offer in Studio 1 with our 9.1.4 Genelec monitoring system – a fully immersive Dolby Atmos / Spatial mixing suite.

Access & Common Areas
A generous private terrace wraps around the studio, perfect for outdoor entertainment and catering. We also feature a kitchenette with tea + coffee facilities, and chilled filtered water on tap.
