Respect the Space: Please treat the studio and its contents with care. Leave the space as you found it.
Studio Access: Entry is strictly for booked times only. Early entry or late exit may incur additional charges.
Set Up & Pack Down: Your hire time must include setup and pack down. Plan accordingly to avoid overtime fees.
No Smoking: The studio is strictly smoke-free.
Pets: Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Noise Levels: Please be mindful of neighbouring businesses—no excessive noise or disruptions.
Damage & Breakages: Any damage to furniture, props, or the space must be reported and may incur replacement fees.
Cleaning: General cleaning is included, but excessive mess or misuse may attract a cleaning fee.
Styling Props & Furniture: Feel free to use items available in the studio, but return them to their original place after use.
Rubbish: Dispose of any waste in the provided bins or take it with you.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
