And if you prefer to explore, you’re only footsteps away from a variety of vibrant bars, cafes, and restaurants.

PAPER BACKDROP USAGE - APPLICABLE TO ALL BOOKINGS:
Extending backdrops beyond foot level (i.e. to cover any amount of floor area) normally results in the backdrop suffering scuff marks or tears. To cover this cost, if you wish to extend our backdrops along any amount of floor area there will be an additional charge of $25 per backdrop used.

Host rules
• Your hire time starts when you enter the studio (bump in) and ends when you leave (bump out). This timeframe is based on the actual hours booked, regardless of whether you arrive late.
• The Hirer is responsible for the conduct and behaviour of all team members, guests, and participants. They must ensure adherence to all studio rules and regulations.
• Studio hire charges include access to all areas except the storeroom.
• The Studio Manager will remain on-site for the duration of the booking to provide assistance as needed and ensure the smooth operation of the space.
• All backdrop changes must be carried out with staff assistance - no exceptions.
• : Any damage caused to the Studio, Equipment, or Building must be reported promptly by the Hirer.
• Free-Standing Mirror: Please note that the free-standing mirror located in the main shooting area is both fragile and unstable when moved. For safety reasons and to avoid costly damage, this mirror must not be moved under any circumstances without the explicit permission of the Studio Manager
• The use of the kitchen is included in your hire rate with staff members providing any necessary tableware and cutlery. Placemats and drink coasters must be used at all times.
• Lounges and coffee tables must remain in their designated positions and should not be moved unless explicitly authorised.
• The Studio is to be left in the same condition as found, otherwise a cleaning fee of $80 will be charged. All rubbish is to be removed when you bump out.
• For the safety and security of everyone using Flawless Photo Studios, security cameras are installed in non-private areas of the studio. These devices record video only. All footage is handled with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with unauthorised third parties. Access to footage will only occur if necessary to address issues arising during your booking or in response to a dispute. Please note that there are no cameras in the dressing room or its vicinity
