Standard 30 day
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

Current COVID-19 restrictions around private parties:
- A maximum of 30 guests per booking,
- Payments must be made by a company credit card,
- Event name must state company event (venue requirement),
- All guests must remain seated while eating and drinking,
- No dancing.

The New Hampton offers flexible spaces for groups ranging from 10 to 500 guests. A private dinner in The Vault for up to 50, a cocktail function in the Hampton Lounge with up to 200 guests, or a raucous birthday in the Main Bar there is a space for any occasion you wish to celebrate!
