About this space
Pearl area caters for functions ranging in size from 20 - 120 people. Located in our lower ground area of the New Hampton the space has soft furnishings with high table and chairs also. Fully functional bar area makes cocktail functions a speciality for your type of function. Full area functions possible and available from breakfast events to late night functions with 3am license. Recently opened following major renovations we welcome you to visit us and discuss your event requirements.

Final Guest numbers, menu & beverage selection & final event details must be confirmed with your Events
Manager 7 business days prior to your event date. Please note, menu items are subject to change. Your Event
Manager will advise you of alternative options.
PAYMENT
Full payment of food and beverage packages are required no less than 5 days in advance of your event date. Any
outstanding beverage tabs & additional food requests must be settled at the conclusion of your event. No
extensions of payment will be permitted. Payment can be made by credit card, direct deposit, over the phone
or in venue with your Events Manager. Credit card details and ID must be given as security for any tabs.
INSURANCE/DAMAGES
Penny’s will take all reasonable care, but will not accept responsibility for damage to or loss of items before, during
or after your event. Please ensure you label any boxes you bring with you & pack away at the end of your event for
collection the next day. As the event Host, you are financially responsible for any loss or damage sustained to the
premises or property during your event by your guests when entering or leaving the premises. Any equipment hired
on your behalf is also your responsibility if lost or damaged.
ENTERTAINMENT
The venue reserves the right to make final decisions on all entertainment and music, including DJ selections and
personal playlists. Your Events Manager will review any entertainment with you prior to your event. Sound levels
will be managed at the discretion of venue management during your event.
RSA
Penny’s practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol in accordance with NSW liquor law. Penny’s reserves the right
to remove any patrons & close the bar as deemed necessary. BYO Beverages are strictly prohibited.
Security
Security is required for all 21st Birthdays & any other events Penny’s deems to require security. Security will be
provided by Penny’s at an additional cost which
