About this space
At The Ware Studio we offer two spaces. The Showroom and The Pent. If you would like to hire both spaces, please book the following.
The Ware is a creative playground for inventive, versatile, blank spaces, photoshoots, workshops and intimate gatherings. It's a naturally lit space with two large industrial windows, white walls, concrete floor and roller door access.
The space can be provided as a blank canvas or come furnished/styled if required. Great for shoots, workshops, seminars and events for up to 30 people, retail pop ups and auctions

NOISE + NEIGHBOURS |
Within The Ware there are 9 tenanted suites. Please be aware and respectful of this by keeping noise to a minimum. To ensure the mood is in keeping with The Ware standard, we kindly ask that you do not play your own music. We play our house music through speakers and keep it at a reasonable volume at all times.
PARKING |
One car space will be available in our driveway on Carter Road. Any other vehicles will need to use street parking. All day parking is available on West Street and the parking areas off Harbord Road, which are located before and after the West Street turn off.
PROPS + HIRE |
Ahead of your booking, please advise if you require use of any props or equipment outlined. The hire of ALL items, whether complimentary or paid, is to be confirmed by The Ware staff prior to using. You also have the option to hire on the day if there is anything additional you’d like to hire (subject to availability). We have C stands, paper roll, garment racks, extension leads, trestle tables and more. Please enquire about your requirements.

A sun-drenched effortless raw shell with concrete floors and 4m high ceilings, our spaces are perfect for photoshoots, brand showings, workshops, pop up activations and media events. The space includes communal zones, parking and excellent amenities, all available for hire.
