Host rules
Overtime and Reservation End Time:
As per our policy, any additional time beyond your reservation will be billed in half-hour increments. We kindly request that the space is vacated and all items brought in are removed by the end time of your booking. Overtime will be billed at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
Cleaning and Damages:
We include a cleaning fee in our hourly rate, but we expect guests to leave the space in the same pristine condition they found it in. We kindly ask that you respect the space and tidy up after yourselves.
Please ensure that any equipment or rentals you bring in are removed within your booking hours. Our walls should not have nails, screws, staples, or any penetrating items used on them.
Additionally, please remove any tape or gummed backing materials properly. Damages to walls, floors, furniture, etc., will be billed to the credit card on file with us.
Furniture Arrangements:
If you require any furniture rearrangements to suit your event needs, please let us know in advance, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
Miscellaneous Guidelines:
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the space. We kindly ask that you refrain from using glitter or confetti. Open flames and frying are also not permitted on-site, as our facility lacks proper ventilation. For additional rules and regulations, please refer to Peerspace's Terms and Conditions.
