About this space
LuluLand is a sensory play studio where we run sensory & messy play activities for kids 8-months to 5-years-old.
It is a 85 square-meter exclusive self-contained indoor venue with in-house bathroom and kitchenette, featuring an open floor space perfect for hosting any kids events , especially for birthday parties, gender reveals and baby showers etc.
LuluLand will provide sensory & messy activities set-up for kids for any private events at the studio, just speak to us, and we can arrange the setup accordingly with your preferences.
Recommended max indoor capacity: 30-35 adults + 15-18 kids.

Host rules
- Studio needs to be vacated by 12:00pm and 5:00pm respectively, to allow sufficient time for cleaning and reset the play set-up for the next session
- We welcome hosts to come in and decorate/personalize the studio as required, from the night before the morning slot, or an hour before the afternoon slot.
- Decorations and catering are up to the customer as it can be very personal (please let us know if you need any recommendations).
- 2 on-site secured underground parking available, with various 2P-4P street parking available near the studio.
- No smoking in the building.
- Outside catering is allowed.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
