Looking for an inspiring space for your next workshop, class, photoshoot, corporate off-site, or wellbeing session? The Collaborative Maroubra offers a light-filled, ocean-facing studio designed to provide calm, creativity, and connection.
Studio Hire Includes:
- Exclusive use of the entire studio (minimum 2-hour hire)
- Access to premium yoga and meditation equipment:
20 blocks, 18 bolsters, 10 mats, 32 blankets, 20 straps, 20 eye pillows, and 8 meditation chairs
-Air conditioning for year-round comfort
-Kitchenette with sink and kettle
-Floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing stunning ocean views
Please Note:
-This is a shoe-free space.
-No burning of sage, incense, or other smoke-producing materials (due to sensitive detectors).
-Consumption of herbs, mushrooms, or medicinal plants is strictly prohibited.
-Violations may incur additional charges.
Hire Details:
Rate: $95 per hour + GST (2-hour minimum)
Security Deposit: $150 (refunded once the space is left as found)
Hire time must include both setup and pack-down.

Host rules
Nothing can be lit in the studio, No incense, sage, palo santo, etc. It will ignite the smoke alarm and call the fire brigade.
After hire the studio needs to be left as found:
Please turn the air con off.
Sweep the whole floor and clean any marks.
Props are to be neatly put away.
Lights off.
Rubbish is taken with you.
Curtains and desk replaced as you found them.
Keys are to go back in the safe.
If the space is left in an unsatisfactory condition that requires additional cleaning, the hirer will be charged for any cost of additional cleaning.
Signs may not be displayed or affixed to any facility by hirers except with the permission of the owner.
Drawing pins, nails, screws or adhesive tape must not be used on the walls or floorboards.
The hirer is responsible for any breakages, theft, or damage caused to the space or the equipment resulting from the hirer’s use of the space.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period

Violations may result in liability for related costs.
