The replacement room was fine but the issues with the building changes were annoying as well as lost time. The staff were very helpful (and apologetic) in arranging the other room.
There was a mix up with the booking, We arrived at 1 Bligh st at 8.30am on 23rd only to find the booking was incorrectly booked for the 22nd. My booking and receipt were for the 23rd. After a little while the front desk operator let us know that there was a mistake and no room available but they were looking at alternatives, eventually getting a room in a different building at Australian Square.
