The space is an open, rectilinear studio with white-painted brick walls, a concrete floor and a darker-finish zone that defines a separate working area. A wall of glazing admits steady natural daylight and the ceiling shows exposed dark beams that run across the room.
Room features: On-site backdrops and mirrors allow rapid set and wardrobe adjustments during shoots. Air conditioning and venue Wi-Fi support extended sessions, and storage space is provided for props and equipment.
Best for: Portrait, fashion and small commercial stills and video shoots fit the space.
What sets it apart: An on-site PA system with speakers is installed for playback and sound requirements.

• Max 50 people on site at any time, including crew and suppliers.
• Hard 10pm finish; music and amplified sound indoors only, doors closed while music plays.
• BYO/complimentary alcohol fine for private functions; no selling alcohol (including tickets that include alcohol) without a NSW liquor licence sent to us in advance.
• No smoking or vaping indoors; no naked flames without prior written approval.
• Nothing fixed to walls, ceilings or floors without approval.
• Paid classes, shoots with crew, or ticketed events: hirer needs own public liability insurance (min $10m), certificate on request.
• Leave as found or a $200 cleaning fee applies from the $300 bond.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
