In Cucinetta's Downstairs Balcony Room, a front-row spot by the harbour is a true delight. This elegantly furnished room flows into a garden that is a riot of colors and fragrances, thus making it a great place for small gatherings and the most private events.
Considering that the room has been arranged in such a way that long communal tables are placed in the middle of the room, the warmth and the sense of occasion have been added to your celebration. The area offers a dual view, with the harbour visible across the lawn on one side and the beautiful restaurant's interior visible on the other.

Licence Requirements
• We comply with all liquor, RSA, trading hour, and noise regulations.
• Staff may refuse alcohol service when appropriate to comply with RSA.
• Noise levels may be restricted as required.
Access
• Early access must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
BYO Policy
• Any BYO items (food or beverage) must be pre‑approved and may incur additional charges (e.g., cakeage or corkage).
Minimum Spend
• The minimum spend will be confirmed before payment of the deposit.
• It applies only to food & beverage.
• Additional services/equipment do not count toward the minimum spend.
• If the minimum spend is not met, the balance must be paid.
Outside Equipment & Decorations
• All equipment/property brought in remains your responsibility.
• All items including AV, signage, decor must be approved in advance.
• Glitter and confetti are not permitted.
• All electrical equipment must be tagged/tested.
• All items must be removed at the conclusion of the event.
Damages
• You are responsible for any damage caused by yourself, your guests, contractors, or equipment brought into the venue.
