CLEANING: Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in and to tidy up after themselves. Please factor the setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Make sure to remove off-site hired equipment/rentals.
DAMAGES: To take care of our space we ask.
No staples, screws or nailing to the walls.
Tape/Sticking materials to be properly removed.
Damage to the space will result in extra charge (Set, Floors, Furniture, Equipment)
Cancellation policy: Very flexible
