1. Timing
• Your booking time includes setup and pack-down, so please plan accordingly.
• If you need extra time, just let us know - we’re happy to help if we can.
2. Capacity & Safety
• Please stay within the venue’s capacity for everyone’s comfort and safety.
• Keep doorways and exits clear.
• Little ones are welcome - just make sure they’re supervised.
3. Music & Noise
• Feel free to enjoy your music! Just keep volume within council limits.
• DJs and live music are welcome with approval from your event manager.
4. Food & Drinks
• We are a self-catering venue (food and beverages), but please reach out to your event manager for any
special requests.
5. Cleaning Up
• We take care of standard cleaning, but please leave the space tidy.
6. Decor & Setup
• Your event manager is happy to assist with all your event styling needs.
Please speak with them directly to obtain quotes for florals and any additional touches for your event.
• Confetti is not allowed at the venue.
9. Enjoy With Respect
• We want every event to feel great. Please keep behaviour respectful and safe.
• In rare cases, we may need to step in if things get out of hand.
