No smoking.
No use of the house outside the contract terms.
No unapproved guests.
No alcohol unless agreed.
Protect floors, walls, and furniture; cover kitchen benches to avoid stains and scratches.
FURNITURE
Ask permission before moving furniture. Lift and move carefully. Return everything to its original position before leaving.
OVERTIME
Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5x the hourly rate. The space must be vacated, and all items removed by the end of the booking time.
RESPECTING THE SPACE
Tidy up after use. Remove all equipment or rentals, and include setup/teardown in booking hours.
No nails, screws, staples, or adhesives on walls. Remove all tape or backing materials fully. Damages will be billed to the card on file.
