What better way to celebrate than amongst the working barrels of a boutique winery! The Calais Estate Barrel Room is a truely rustic and unique space.
The outside terrace provides the perfect setting for pre-dinner drinks overlooking the Calais island. Then the barn door slides back to welcome your guests into the impressive Barrel Room lit up by thousands of fair lights. This room can accommodate anywhere up to 180 seated or up to 300 cocktail style, or a wall of barrels can be made if you require a smaller room. The perfect setting for a welcome cocktail party or a spectacular gala event.

The Barrel Room - This is a working barrel room, truly unique with rustic elegance, and can seat 180 guests or 300 for a cocktail-style event.
The Verandah - A lovely restaurant area with a big verandah. The view is scenic, great for sit-down dinners of 60 or cocktail-style functions of 90.
The Courtyard - A beautiful spot open to the sky, for a casual affair of 40 sit-down or up to 120 cocktail-style guests.
The Private Tasting Room - Found down the end of a sandstone hallway, the intimate room bubbling with old-world charm is ideal for meetings and dinner for 12 seated.
The Cellar Door- A rustic sandstone room with a long wooden bar, for the ultimate wine lover.
