Our boardroom is fully flexible to suit your needs:
- Boardroom-style seating can comfortably fit 12 people.
- Without tables, the space transforms into a presentation room, seating 32 people in rows, complete with a large TV and whiteboard at the front.
- It has high-speed internet, sit/stand desks, and top-tier equipment.
Plus, with our location at The Wharf Mooloolaba, you and your team can enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the 10+ neighbouring restaurants and cafes, making it perfect for full-day events.
Best of all, our boardroom is available on weekends and after hours, giving you the flexibility to host your meetings whenever it suits you best.
Amenities/Equipment include:
- Smart TV - Plug in HDMI.
- Zoom/Teams meeting equipment - Conference microphone, speaker, and camera.
- Whiteboard on wheels
- Use of Kitchen - Coffee machine, tea, fridge, drinking water, fruit, etc.
- Catering options are available too.

- Client Meeting (Up to 14 people)
- Boardroom Meetings (Zoom/Teams dial-in optional too. Up to 12 people with Zoom/Teams)
- Client Strategy Session or Coaching
- Team Meetings (Remote teams to come together once a week or month to collaborate)

Please respect other members and keep noise to a reasonable level in common areas.
Outside catering is welcome, or you may order through our team from neighbouring restaurants.
Alcohol may be served at private events with prior approval; no alcohol permitted after 8 pm.
Guests must remain in the booked space unless otherwise arranged.
Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct and any damages caused.
The space must be left in a tidy condition after use.
