- No smoking in the building.
- Outside catering is allowed.
- The booking period includes time for set-up, breakdown, check-in and check-out.
- After event, the premise should be returned in clean and good condition as per the initial state. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be charged.
- A totally refundable bond must be paid prior to check-in time, to cover possible damages, possible cleaning fee or overstay. The amount of bond differs based on the type of event, number of guests and duration of the event. For an 8 hour party event, the minimum bond will be $150. This will be refunded after checkout.
