Outside catering is allowed - this must be arranged by the hirer and our kitchen can be used for basic food preparation.

No BYO alcohol - we are fully licensed and can provide something from our extensive beverage range, tailored to your clientele. This might be a bottle of fizz on arrival, or something simpler. Please discuss with us prior to your booking taking place.

It is imperative that everyone leaves the space by the end of the booking time, as we often have back-to-back bookings.

It is expected that you will leave the room exactly how you found it by the end of your booking time. This means that all materials used are returned to where you found them (including dishes/drinkware washed, dried and stored), the space is clean and tidy, and lights, heaters, sound systems and other appliances are switched off.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

The Headspace provides tea/coffee facilities and spring water and the venue offers 6 toilets and a large kitchen including a fridge/freezer for food storage plus kettle, air fryer/oven/grill, microwave and portable induction stove.

A hot water urn is available for $20/day - please request this option in a custom offer.
