Our exclusive Level 1 space is perfect for your private party, product launch, workshop or networking event!

With a private bar and access to state of the art AV equipment, you are able to control the music/audio and utilise our wireless microphones for any speech requirements.

The room can be sectioned to suit any group size. Furniture is moveable to suit your event style.

Room decorations are accepted - glue/adhesives/tape is not, please use blue tack

Guests under the age of 18 are permitted until 10pm, providing the underage guest is in the company of a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising them. One separate responsible adult per each underage guest.

We do not host 18th Birthday Parties.

Parking available nearby: CBD park in Franklin Street, Wilson Parking in Swanston Street and QV Carpark in Lonsdale Street.

We found the whole experience with the team at The Oxford Scholar exceptional. Communication was prompt, professional and engaging, we were able to view beforehand and discuss the finer details, the food and service on the day was excellent and they were very accommodating to some additional requests. We'll be booking with them again!
