Brand new fully equipped modern boardroom with in-desk connections or Wi fi, flat screen tv, whiteboard, tea and coffee/water available in a new modern building located in the heard of Sydney Road Brunswick, just 10Km north of the CBD. Plenty of free parking available. Large 19sq room easily fits 8 and can accommodate for 10.
Prices
$45 + GST per hour (minimum is 1 hour booking)
$150 + GST for a half day (4 hours)
$230 + GST for a full day (8 hours)
Prices are negotiable for multiple bookings (for example 3 consecutive days etc)

Please be respectful of other users of the space including long-term tenants.
We take a 50% upfront deposit to secure the booking which is a non-refundable deposit. Balance is paid on the day after the meeting.
If there is a cancellation the deposit is non-refundable we are happy to reschedule at no additional costs if required.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
