We take a 50% upfront deposit to secure the booking which is a non-refundable deposit. Balance is paid on the day after the meeting.
If there is a cancellation the deposit is non-refundable we are happy to reschedule at no additional costs if required.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

Choice Business Hub / Choice Accounting provides office space and boardroom hire in a premium Brunswick location within a newly contructed professinal environment. Our receptionist will greet you and your clients / members, and show you to the boardroomn which will be set with water. We will then offer coffee / tea and show you through the building and make you familiar with the amenities etc. The boardroom is modern and fully equipped, airconditioned and left immaculate for you to use for your meeting / conference. The wifi details will be on the whiteboard and our frendly receptionists will help connect your laptop to our 55inch flatscreen tv (if required).
