About Lezzet

The influence of Anatolian culture stretches throughout the Mediterranean region from Turkey and Greece to Iran, Armenia and Bulgaria, even as far as Syria and Israel.
Lezzet Turkish Restaurant’s chef and owner Kemal Barut felt compelled to translate his purely Turkish Middle Eastern menu into something that reflected those powerful influences that his Grandmother and Mother grew up around.
From the heady spices and aromatic herbs of his Turkish cuisine, to the subtle influences of the flavours of Anatolia, Lezzet Turkish Restaurant proudly shares this unique experience.
A huge copper coated wood-fired oven is the centre of the activity with the char grill churning out the smoky traditional and new millennium dishes that Lezzet Turkish Restaurant Melbourne has become known for. The new space is perfect for private function room hire, while the alfresco area overlooks the busy Brighton Road Elwood Promenade.
