Clients must remove all rubbish after the event. If rubbish is not removed, the cost will be deducted
from the bond.
Site Manager Fee: $60 per hour
Our event manager will be present during the event to assist in opening/closing, parking guidance,
and emergency situations such as power outages or water leaks.
Refundable Bond: $2,000
This is not included in the venue hire fee. A refundable security bond is required in addition to the
hire fee to secure your booking. This covers any potential damages during event

Bond non-refundable within 30 days of event. Cancellation fee may apply.
