About The Roe Australia
The Roe is all about one thing — the Australian sea urchin. We serve it fresh at our restaurant in Glen Waverley, and we also work behind the scenes to make sure this ingredient is looked after properly from ocean to plate. The idea is simple: enjoy it, respect where it comes from, and share it with more people.
It’s not just dining either. We run a factory to process and pack sea urchin, we export it to chefs around the world, and we’ve even created products like dumplings, sauces and more that you can take home. Everything we do comes back to the same goal — showcasing what Australia’s waters have to offer, while looking after the future of our oceans.
