Host rules
No booking fee applies to hire the room.
A minimum spend will apply for the hire of any space. This can be spent on anything involved in the hire, such as food catering and/or drinks. If guests of the function are buying their own drinks, it will also count towards the minimum spend.
A deposit of 10% will be taken to secure your booking. This will be credited back to the minimum spend after/during the event is completed unless there are damages to the room or extensive cleaning needs to be conducted.
In the event that COVID-19 restrictions prevent the event from occurring, a full refund or a change of dates will be given at no extra cost.
Food orders are required 7 days before your event.
Decorations are fine are long as they are cleaned afterward. We can provide bins for rubbish.
No Glitter is allowed.
We allow cakes. A knife, plates, and cutlery (if needed).
