PAYMENTS & MINIMUM SPEND
• Minimum spend must be paid in full by the day prior to your event
• Final billing is to be settled on the day of the event — no split bills allowed
• A 1.5% surcharge applies to all credit card and EFTPOS payments
• Sundays bookings will incur a 10% surcharge on the final bill
• Public Holiday bookings will incur a 15% surcharge on the final bill

BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATIONS
• Final guest numbers and all food orders are required 10 business days prior to the event
• No further changes can be made within 7 days once the event order has been signed
• Weekly food and drink specials do not apply to function bookings

CANCELLATIONS
• Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following notice periods:
  - 20+ guests: 7 days
  - 50+ guests: 14 days
  - 100+ guests: 28 days
• A cancellation fee of $25 per person applies if minimum notice is not provided
ALLERGIES & DIETARIES
• While we take care to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee products are allergen-free. Our kitchen uses common allergens including: seafood, peanuts, tree
nuts, soy, milk, egg, sesame, wheat (gluten), lupin, and sulphites

DECOR & EXTRAS
• Decorations must be approved in advance; no table scatters permitted
• Function food is not available for takeaway

ENTRY & BEHAVIOUR
• All guests must comply with venue entry policies. Entry may be refused for intoxication, lack of ID, or inappropriate attire
• Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian and may be asked to present valid photo ID
• The host is liable for any damage to property that occurs during the function

ALCOHOL SERVICE
• Milky Lane practices responsible service of alcohol at all times and reserves the right to refuse service or entry where required by law
• Management reserves the right to cancel or end any function at its discretion
