Drawing strong inspiration from the postmodern and Art Deco revival eras of the 80s, the space features captivating wall murals with bold and vivid hues. Filled with charming retro objects and furnishings, everything can be rearranged or removed upon request to accommodate the shoot's requirements.
The front room, bathed in natural light and devoid of furniture, showcases a striking black and white Memphis design-patterned wall. It offers an excellent backdrop for photography and allows ample room for arranging your own props.
Adjacent to the lounge/dining area, a partially shaded back deck is surrounded by lush greenery and offers a delightful view of the kidney-shaped Miami-inspired pool and tennis court from the 70s.
Ascending the light-filled stairway, adorned with a generously sized window area, leads you to the spacious and vibrant master bedroom. This room features a Juliette balcony that overlooks the refreshing green landscape and the pool area.

- No smoking anywhere in the property.
- No alcohol to be brought on the premises.
- No events, this is a private home for photography and film/TV shoots only.
- Furniture and decor may be moved around with prior permission from owner either before the booking or on the day.
- Owner is to stay on the premises during booking but will remain in another area away from shoot and will not not interact unless client requires assistance. The two pet cats will also be locked away in the 1 room that is not open for shooting.
