This space is a color and retro lover's dream! It is suitable for fashion/product photography or film/commercial/TV shoots.
Strongly influenced by the 80s postmodern and Art Deco revival eras, it is complete with colorful and dramatic painted wall murals. The space is filled with kitsch retro objects and furnishings that can be moved around or removed for the shoot upon request.
There is an unfurnished front room with natural light, featuring a Memphis design-patterned wall in black and white. It serves as a great photography backdrop, providing space for your own props to be set up.
A partially shaded back deck off the lounge/dining area is surrounded by lush greenery and overlooks the 70s kidney-shaped Miami-vibes pool and tennis court.
The light-filled stairway, with a large decorated window area and landing, leads up to the spacious and colorful master bedroom. It boasts a Juliette balcony overlooking the greenery and pool.
