About this space

PHOTO STUDIO

Each booking has access to private use of the entire studio.

All fees include bump-in and bump-out, please account for this in your booking time. We may
have back-to-back bookings and you will need to be completely wrapped up and ready to
vacate by the end of your booking time.

Inclusions:
Fabric Backdrops on portable stand: plain white cotton, oat linen look, champagne satin,
mottled copper paint, mottled grey paint (on request)
Basic studio lighting kit (perfect for content creators, basic filming and photography) -
2x continuous softboxes
Small movable backdrop wall - chocolate brown on one side and white on the other.
All studio furniture and props
On-site designated parking for the duration of your session
Garment rack, clothes steamer and full-length mirror

Lighting:
The front of the studio is for natural light shoots. The movable wall, portable backdrops,
and furniture, are best used here. Natural light that flows in through roller doors and the skylight
above. The back of the studio is controlled. This is where our mounted backdrops are located.

The tap is located between the 2 roller doors (internally)

Host rules

We are in a residential area, so all bookings must be wrapped up and the building vacated by no later than 11pm.
Please note, the outdoor car park area of the Station must not be occupied past 10pm, attendees must be inside the venue and the roller doors closed after 10 pm. Music must be completely OFF by 10pm.
Drinks are to be consumed inside only.
No glass permitted, only cans if BYO.
For all private events, alcohol is strictly BYO only, or the event organizer if supplying drinks must not charge guests a fee. This is non-negotiable.
The Station Brisbane does not have a kitchen nor the capability to store/heat large amounts of food, therefore catering will need to be organized.
Public Liability covers the Station Brisbane. However, you are responsible for all external materials brought into the space.
No smoking inside the premises.

It was the perfect space for my birthday party!! The venue was easy to find, super spacious, and so close to the Valley for kicking on after. Bec was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience so easy. I’d highly recommend this space to anyone hosting an event.

Yes, the venue always has furniture, but it is rotated and changed every couple of months, so it may be different closer to an event. We always try to keep it fun!
