About this space
Our studio features large windows that allow for an abundance of natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open layout and neutral color palette with pops of pink throughout the studio make it a versatile backdrop for a variety of content creation needs, from product photography to lifestyle shoots and everything in between. As majority of the furniture is moveable the space can also be used for events.
There is a key access only toilet right next door and is surrounded by small cafes, restaurants and a woolworths. The studio is also walking distance from James Street.

No Glitter or Confetti (unless approved beforehand) - A $100 Cleaning Fee will be charged if Glitter or confetti is found post-booking
No Smoking within the confines of the studio
No Alcohol in the studio (unless discussed prior)
No Candles or Incense to be burnt in the studio
No dirty footwear on floors or rugs
Furniture must not be dragged across the floors. Anything larger than an armchair requires 2 people to move. Damage to floors may result in an insurance claim and charges for damages.
Bookshelf and large mirror are not to be moved, if broken an insurance claim and charges for damages will be made.
Sound System is to be kept at a fair level.
Please place all small rubbish in rubbish bags provided and take off-site
Please do not leave liquids, food scraps, or perishables in the studio post booking
Large rubbish or anything brought on site must be taken away with you. There are rubbish bins in the located in the parking area. Please do not leave large boxes/packaging beside bins.
Please leave all props and furniture tidy prior to leaving
Props & furniture are not to be taken outside of the studio door
Be present and contactable at all times during the hire
Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times
If any equipment, furniture, props, fixtures, etc. are mishandled, broken, ruined, or stained - the Hirer must notify the Studio Owner immediately.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
